    • The best way to achieve fitness is via High Intensity, Individualized, Functional workouts. I practice what I preach. I won't have my clients do anything I haven't done or will not do.

    • Weight Loss and body Toning; Cardiovascular fitness.

    • 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Carlos Valente

    • Teaching and training individuals in private and group settings since 2005. This includes fitness boot camp classes, cardio boxing and kickboxing classes, self defense and of course jiu-jitsu classes. Former running coach as well and a competitive athlete since the 1980s. At my age competing in jiu-jitsu tournaments is not easy. You must be fit and healthy to compete in jiu-jitsu.

    About Me

    • I own and operate Dojo Americana Martial Arts and Fitness. I am a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have been practicing grappling since the late 80s. I am also a former competitive runner and cyclist (high school and college). Dojo Americana offers personal and group fitness training, boxing, kickboxing and self defense classes. You are welcome to come by and try us out for a week free of charge.

      Fitness is not just about working out. Eating good organic and non-GMO foods are also required to attain optimum health and fitness.
