67 year old female
Middle aged mom and workaholic who just made a job change and wants to improve both fitness level and tone while losing body fat. Previously was a road warrior - and now will be more of a home body with more time to dedicate to fitness and better eating habits. Love to cycle, walk, and would like to learn more about yoga and tai chi.
Cycling really gets the cobwebs out of my head and improves stress levels. I'd like to lose weight so that I can improve my endurance on the bike too.
My motivation needs help. Once started I can get a good workout - it's just the motivation to get up and get going. I need something to improve my energy level.
Weight loss and improved endurance.
Yoga and / or Pilates
Motivation to push myself. I need a partner who will push me
That's the problem....
To break a sweat for at least 30 minutes and feel energized in the end!
Lose body fat
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
