51 year old male
I'm 41, single, and want to be in the best shape of my life. I have a lot of work to do.
I once lost 80 pounds in 4 months, and was extremely healthy - both with fitness and nutrition.
Then I gained it all back, and lots more. It took several years - but still should not have happened.
I want to lose 100 pounds in 6 months. Then I want to lose an additional 50 pounds in the following 12 months. I also want to change my nutritional lifestyle.
I'm going to do cardio and resistance training. I'd like to take up racquetball and tennis again.
Just doing it.
When I get momentum, it excites me. Also, when others notice positive change.
I didn't kill myself, and I feel great - like I've accomplished my mission for the day.
Lose body fat
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
