Personal Training Profile

  • Stay healthy, eat right. No excuses. Never say it can't be done. Know your limit and don't over do it. When it comes to weight loss, in my opinion, plan everything out, take your time. You'll see better results.

  • Right now I do a lot of weights and cardio. I can help people in certain areas, depending on what are there goals.

  • Right now, I'm still taking my course, but once i'm done, it should be NCSF

  • Some nutrition and fitness. I tend to read a lot on it and tend to ask questions at the gyms and do a lot of observation. I also follows instructions and guidelines based on any specific exercise and dieting. Any knowledge I know, I share it with others. If I don't know an answer to a question, I'll get back to the. Do some research before I give them an answer. I've been able to give good advice to others as well as train with others. Have given the pros and cons on exercising and dieting. Those I've worked with have seen good results.

About Me

  • Been lifting basically since high school, but took it seriously just a few years ago. I don't look like Victor Martinez, but I think I'm in pretty good shape. I hit hte gym 7 days a week. I'm taking a course to be a Certified Personal Trainer.
