Hi my name is Ben aka Bigben. the reason i am know as big ben is because i am pretty big, buff and fat at the same time. i am, 21 years old, a college student hopeing to become a youth paster. i am also an intern for middle school students at my church. i am or at least used to be an active guy, love playing tennis,football, weight lifting. really any sport i am up for. but i am over weight and in need of a workout partner to help me get and stay motvated, and of course i would do the same for that person. well if you would like to know more email me. when i was on the football team and tennis team in high school.

not realy doing anything and i am the biggest i have ever been and need to do something about it.

losing 150 pounds

at this point i am up for almost anything.

just getting up to go do it. also cardio i am in hate with it.

well noting right now. i am still playing tennis and loving it but it is still so hard to be motvatied to go to the gym.

when i am energysed and feeling sore but good.

Lose body fat

I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.

I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
