About Me

  • Hello 31 year old currently in the process of losing weight with the ultimate goal of just being active again. Have lost 50 lbs over the last year and a half and need to continue to meet my immediate goal of getting under 400 lbs. Ultimately, I'd like to be at a fitness level where I can confidently participate in team sports again because I just love sports. Don't care what sport it is, I just want to play!

  • I got the whole weight loss process by playing soccer and coaching youth basketball. Doing those things helped me realize that I can be physically active at a better level than I thought possible.

  • Attempting to play lacrosse again and hurting my back after the first practice.

  • Getting under 400 lbs

  • I think about this one guy I see at the gym I go to. He's there everyday working out with a cane! I figure if he can work out while using a cane, there's no reason as to why I can't do it.
