    About Me

    • I've been exercising since way back in the early 80's. Doing aerobics back when Jane Fonda started the high impact aerobics craze, he, he. Been on & off thru out years but mostly on. Then I started walking/jogging but this past yr 2015 was not good for me. I need refocus & establish a routine that will motive me.

    • When I lost lots of weight back in the 80's. Got down to 105 but that was too low & hard to maintain.

    • Really?? There are too many. Where do I start?

    • With menopause setting in I want to get these damn hot flashes under control. Never mind the anxiety that comes along with it. No I don't wanna take pills for it and I know exercise helps. Just not finding the motivation. I've tried TOPS, various gyms, diet pills, etc. Want to lose the weight naturally. Gyms are still not out of the question.

    • Weight lifting, Body Sculpting. I know, don't laugh.

    • At my age I find that I no longer have the 'energy' that I used to have in my younger years. What to do bout that? At end of day, I now get home tired, stressed & exhausted & I just wanna plop down in front of TV & have my dinner. Then snack til I get ready for bed and that can't be good.

    • I used to enjoy going out dancing once in awhile but my spouse has NO interest in such activities.

    • Sweating til my face turns red. Body aches at end of work out, but in a good way.

    Fitness Details

    • Lose body fat

    • I have little motivation to exercise.

    • I consider myself somewhat of an expert.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

    • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

    • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

      Am looking for a female fitness buddy in the Donna, Texas area or San Juan, Alamo area would also be helpful. Need some motivation. Have usually been pretty good about exercising but have lost my way this past year. Need help. Would like someone to walk/jog with anywhere from 7:30 pm til ? For at least an hour. Welcome other form of exercises as well.
